Legs MLD & Reflexology

A specialised combination designed to focus on the legs and feet, bringing together gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Reflexology for a treatment that supports lymphatic flow, comfort and deep relaxation.

The treatment combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage for the legs with Reflexology on the feet, allowing the lower limbs to receive focused attention while the reflexology element provides a calming and restorative experience.

MLD uses slow, gentle and rhythmic movements to encourage natural lymphatic flow and may be particularly beneficial when the legs feel heavy, swollen or congested. Reflexology complements the treatment by working on specific reflex points of the feet and encouraging relaxation.

Where appropriate, a personalised aromatherapy blend may also be incorporated according to your individual needs.
