Appointments & Bookings
All treatments are available by appointment only. Appointments can be booked through the online booking system or by contacting Luxury Aromatherapy Practice directly.
When making a booking, please provide accurate contact and health information so that your treatment can be planned appropriately.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment.
Consultation & Treatment Suitability
A consultation is completed before treatment to discuss your health, medical history, current concerns, lifestyle and treatment goals.
It is important that you provide complete and accurate information, including any medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent procedures or changes in your health.
Your therapist may recommend adapting, postponing or not proceeding with a treatment if it is considered unsuitable or requires medical clearance.
Where medical consent or clearance is required, treatment will only proceed once the appropriate information has been provided.
Your Treatment
All treatments are personalised according to your individual needs and are adapted where necessary throughout your appointment.
Luxury Aromatherapy Practice provides complementary and holistic therapies and does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Treatments are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and the body’s natural processes and are not a replacement for medical care.
If you have concerns about your health or symptoms, you should seek advice from your GP or appropriate healthcare professional.
Essential Oils & Aromatherapy
Essential oils are selected and blended according to the information provided during your consultation.
Please inform your therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions or other relevant circumstances before treatment.
Although care is taken when selecting and using essential oils, individual sensitivities can occur. Any concerns or reactions should be reported immediately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. You can reschedule your appointment yourself through the booking system, subject to availability.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may require a deposit to be paid when booking your next appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Unexpected circumstances and genuine emergencies will always be considered individually.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment.
The treatment will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
If you are going to be late, please contact the practice as soon as possible.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods and any applicable booking deposits will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for selected treatments and can be purchased through Luxury Aromatherapy Practice.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of the appointment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any expiry date or specific conditions relating to a gift card will be stated at the time of purchase.
Discounts & Offers
Discounts and special offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Permanent discounts, loyalty benefits, referral discounts and promotional offers may have individual terms and conditions.
Where applicable, proof of eligibility may be requested.
Loyalty Programme
The Luxury Aromatherapy Practice Loyalty Programme is subject to its individual terms.
Loyalty benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
Privacy
Personal and health information provided during consultation and booking is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information is collected only for purposes connected with providing your treatment, managing appointments and communicating with you about your bookings and the practice.
Right to Refuse or End Treatment
Luxury Aromatherapy Practice reserves the right to decline or discontinue a treatment where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate or outside the scope of professional practice.
A treatment may also be stopped at any time if the client becomes uncomfortable or requests that treatment ends.
Acceptance of These Terms
By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you have provided accurate information relevant to your treatment and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Luxury Aromatherapy Practice may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be available on the website.
